AROMA OF YOU By: Luis de la Alameda (Written on February 5, 2011)I close my eyes and contemplate the memory,
of the scent of your skin,
your breasts dripping with honey water;
The taste of your lips
that seduced my animal instinct,
transforming me into a beast
over an undefended and anxious prey seeking pleasure;
It was your sensual aroma
that awakened my fury
like lava in a volcano
and melting your essence in my arms;
Days and nights of endless fire,
my burning lips
resting on your oasis
and drying your sweat with jasmine scent.
I take a deep breath
and it seems I'm there
at the edge of your smooth skin,
timidly moistened
by a cloud's dew
that fogged up the small room
where everything was flooded with you.
Today I woke up
remembering the moan of your sheets
and the silhouette of your pleasure
that clung to that corner;
I open the window
and feel the meadow enter my lungs
and my mind evokes
a passionate and wonderful memory
with scent of you.
