Nikita Denise se mudou da República Tcheca para os Estados Unidos quando tinha 19 anos, em 1995. Começou trabalhando como dançarina e fez filmes eróticos até entrar na indústria do cinema pornô. Já participou de mais de 320 filmes e ganhou vários prêmios da indústria, incluindo o AVN de Melhor Atriz do Ano em 2002. Gravou cenas com atrizes como Jewel De Nyle e Jenna Jameson.

Em 2006, estreou como diretora com o filme *Nikita's Extreme Idols*. Esse filme também marcou seu retorno como atriz depois de mais de um ano sem gravar.

No dia 24 de julho de 2006, apareceu no *Inside the Porn Actor's Studio*, apresentado por Richard Christy, uma paródia do *Inside the Actor's Studio*.

Em 2010, Nikita Denise voltou ao pornô gravando vídeos para sites como naughtyamerica.com, mostrando seu novo corpo com alguns quilos a mais, peitos novos e 7 tatuagens. Mas, sem dúvida, a mesma atitude que fez dela um dos ícones europeus do pornô nos EUA.
