'src= "LO QUE ESTA ENTRE COMILLAS (que es el reproductor)"
y
'flashvars=LO QUE ESTA ENTRE COMILLAS (que es el ID, caracteristicas del video, etc)"
una vez que hayas ubicado estas partes, despues del reproductor, pones un signo de interrogación '?' y anexas la parte de 'flashvars' y quedará de esta forma:
