Where and when were you born? I was born in Fortaleza, Ceará, on September 30, 1990.

How was your childhood? I was a very happy child, very pampered by my parents and siblings. In school, I was always the subject of bullying, doll, girl, gay. I think that's why I never liked studying. I studied in the best schools in Fortaleza, but my brothers tried everything to make me like studies, but there was no success.

When did you discover your sexuality? – Was there any important event? I suffered sexual abuse (I'm super calm about it now). I knew sex too early, at 5 years old, but I actually liked it. In school, I played with a classmate, then had a uncle, a gardener at my parents' house, later a cousin, two cousins...

How is your relationship with your family today? My family is impressive; I'm an adopted daughter, I have three brothers, one sister, a father, a mother, three sisters-in-law, four nieces, and one nephew. Everyone respects me, they call me by my real name. Men and women call me by my nickname, Baruka (nickname that my father gave me when I was a child).

Your family calls you by your real name. Doesn't that bother you? I think my birth name has nothing to do with me, Emanuel Lucas (the light of God with us). Maybe I was still a light when I arrived there. Today, other lights have already arrived, my nieces and only nephew.

How did the transformation of current Barbara occur? I've always liked the name Barbara. I met some transvestites but initially I had fear of them, they seemed strange to me. How did people around you react when they realized your transformation? Several friends have left, many have distanced themselves because I entered another world, the world of prostitution, others supported me because they knew this is what I wanted.

Currently, you work as a lady companion, why? Because they always said it's easy money and I wanted to be yummy. Going to Europe and coming back very yummy would be a pleasant job, combining the most useful with the most enjoyable. Sex and money.

Do you plan to go to Europe? When? Exactly which country? France, Switzerland, Germany... A big dream is England, London. One day, who knows?

About your work, do your clients want you to be active or passive? – Do you prefer? I can't say for sure... I prefer being passive.
