The Urban Guard of Tarragona detained a man on Monday who had a mobile phone in his shoe to record between the legs of women. The individual, 30 years old and a resident of Tarragona, was caught red-handed in a store at the Les Gavarres industrial estate.
As reported by El Mundo, a local police officer off duty observed how he suspiciously approached his son's girlfriend and put his foot under her skirt. The agent held him until a patrol arrived and they were detained. The man may be accused of a crime against intimacy and image and another for assaulting authority because he attacked the agents who arrested him.
