1. Image-Adjustments-Dessaturate
2. Image-Adjustments-Tone and saturation. Saturation = -100%
If after doing saturation = -100% you click on color, you can make very easy turns, playing with saturation and tone. For tone, the slider goes from 0 to 360° according to this spectrum:
