THese photos were taken by a professional during a photo shoot with Luis Figo's woman. The photos were supposed to be sensual (like magazine 'Man') but 'there was nothing forbidden' even though the lady had to pose naked for the session. It seems that the films went through several hands and some of them leaked this material
