Chobits is a Clamp manga from 2002 adapted into an anime where a young farmer (Hideki) travels to Tokyo city to study and finds a persocom thrown away on the street, these are like computers with humanoid form capable of many functions and even being a company.
Later, Hideki discovers that it's possible that Chii may be a Persocon from the Chobits series, a legendary type of Persocon, since none have been known to exist in reality. Chobits are characterized by having consciousness and a mind indifferent to whether or not an operating system is installed, besides rumors that they're Persocons capable of processing emotions.
No more introductions, no more explanations, leaving you with the sexiest computer of all ;)
