BiographyBorn on March 23, 1976 in Los Angeles, California (United States) Mide 1’75. Monet (named after the French Impressionist painter) Happy Mazur is the daughter of a model and painter/illustrator Ruby Mazur, famous for creating the logo of the Rolling Stones, attributed to pop-art artist Andy Warhol equivocally. In 1993, she debuted in film, appearing briefly in The Addams Family: The Tradition Continues (1993), directed by Barry Sonnenfeld. After intervening in small roles in titles such as Austin Powers (1997) from Jay Roach or Blow (2001) from Ted Demme, the Californian actress secured more important characters alongside Jennifer Lopez in Angel Eyes (2001) from Luis Mandoki or Just Married (2003), a comedy starring Ashton Kutcher and Brittany Murphy, until she landed the main female role in the action title Torque: Running to the Limit (2004), directed by Joseph Kahn. Besides her acting career, Monet has also worked as a model and is part of a rock band called Nancy Raygun.
