With sex it's like with the brain. We're so accustomed to the prejudices of age, we've internalized the idea of decline and loss of faculties, that we end up accepting as normal that sexual activity approaches extinction with each new birthday, just like we accept as normal that intellectual activity goes down. So don't let yourself be fooled by age prejudices. There are people who are perfectly happy without sexual activity, which is very well. But there are many others for whom sex remains important at all ages.
