Hello, how are you after so long!!!? I hope you're well. It's been a while since I started looking at the illustrations of Calendar Girls with more attention. They seemed very sensual to me, and the illustrations were of high quality. That's when I learned a bit more about a particular illustrator. Gil Elvgren (March 15, 1914 – February 29, 1980).
He was born in Minnesota and was a publicist and illustrator. One could say, in a slightly vulgar way, that he was the Photoshop of his time. From a photo or model in pose, he would create the illustration. Here are some of his works that I hope you'll appreciate!!!!
