The pleasure is more extensive when it arises from pain; and the pain is deep when it is the child of pleasure. The pain is necessary to seek out pleasure, and pleasure is important to feel pain. If man only enjoyed, he would be troubled by pleasure, but if he only suffered, he would laugh with pain. If you want satisfaction; seek out pain first and after suffering comes grand pleasure. He who has felt suffering understands what is pleasure, whoever never knew how to enjoy ignores what is pain. The troubles of this world are not for everyone pain, death black and feared is for someone a pleasure. If there is someone who enjoys the goods, there is someone who weeps over the goods, and when a world of laughter and tears is not shame, no honor, nor enjoyment.
