It's quite unsettling that they play with grenades. In almost all armies, grenades are stored in the powder magazine until they're distributed before entering combat. But these rich foreigners...
It can be seen from the type of uniform that it's from the early times of Iraq's occupation. And from the insignia on the hat, it can be seen that it's a specialist. In the US army, it's an intermediate rank between soldier and corporal but requires a specialty, redundancy notwithstanding.
I suppose it's a tank mechanic because despite what Hollywood wants to make us believe, most women in the ARMY are stationed in non-combat destinations.
