Mix of 5 suspicious photos

I'm re-posting because a moderator doesn't know how to moderate or doesn't know the rules of what they have to moderate. It clearly says in the guidelines that a poor post is one with only 1 image and this moderator says it should have more than 5 images, I'd like them to get along...
