I was caught spying

I arrived home earlier than usual, eager to take off my shoes and watch a series, but there was noise in the room. My wife wasn't alone. She was with a friend I hadn't seen in a long time, who seemed to have missed each other greatly.I hid alone to watch. I didn't want to interrupt that reunion between such dear friends, so I got comfortable to see how they were catching upBut the inevitable happened. I got caught! Luckily they didn't take it badly and invited me to join in.And everything ended well, like stories always end between friends who love each other.
