grave psychological sequelae for the night of terror that it had to live in a police station of the metropolitan area due to a simple joint

All started on Saturday, February 3rd, 2007 at 11 PM, when David G., then 21 years old, was arrested on Piedrabuena Street, number 200, in the San Isidro district. The police did not find any drugs on him but

On February 5th, 2007, when David G. was placed in a sector of the internal patio among prisoners, just two meters away and in full view of the custody policeman, at a location where three cells converged, including one without a lock that housed Cabezón Juárez.

David G. told the judges that while he was lying on the floor sleeping in the fetal position someone he identified as

The victim said that in a report where she was crying inconsolably, the judges highlight in their verdict.

David G. recently regained his freedom and was able to see his family on Monday at 14:10, after being sent back to the Federal Court of San Martín 1 where he had supposedly been captured and where they clarified that he shouldn't have been detained.

The forensic doctors and those at San Isidro Hospital confirmed that the young student had injuries compatible with anal sexual abuse.

San Isidro's TOC 2 sentenced 'Cabezón' Juárez to 23 years in prison for aggravated sexual abuse by carnal access and use of weapon, concurrent with the robbery of clothing, and ordered that a new case be initiated against the police officer who did not custody the victim.
