ESPN Reporter to Sue Whoever Filmed Her Naked in Hotel Room 21 July 2009, 08:13pm ET - Sports journalist Erin Andrews admitted on Tuesday that she was filmed naked in a hotel room and announced that she will sue whoever made the recording and those who distributed it. The blurry five-minute video shows Andrews standing in front of a mirror in a hotel room. It is not known when or where the ESPN sports information system reporter was recorded. Andrews' lawyer, Marshall Grossman, said that the journalist decided to confirm her appearance in the video to put an end to rumors and speculations and to warn the author and his accomplices that they are acting at their own risk.
