On this sweltering Sunday, I bring you a new delivery of these Queens and courtesan ladies, real and legendary, who passed into posterity for their sexual tastes, enjoy it!
I. Lilith
According to Hebrew literature, Lilith was Adam's first wife. In Sumerian, the word Lil means Air. The oldest term related to Lilith would be the Sumerian word Lili, which seems to infer the same definition as our word spirit. In many ancient cultures, the same word for air or breath was used for spirit.
Lilith was made of clay, just like him.

Centuries after her death, it's possible that these accusations of insatiable sexuality inspired the dramatizations of Lucrecia's life. The myth of the incestuous poisoner was born, but the truth was that the deaths and intrigues that occurred in the Vatican were orchestrated by other members of her family. Indeed, Caesar and Rodrigo were famous for poisoning their enemies. Chroniclers describe how both ordered their cooks to add poison to the wine and food they would serve to guests they wanted to eliminate.
The Venetian chronicler Girolamo Priuli referred to her as the largest prostitute in all of Rome, and the satirist Sannazaro did not lag behind. In one of his satires, he compared her with the legendary prostitute Thais and accused her of incest with her father:
Here in her tomb lies Lucrecia by name and Thuís in truth: daughter, fiancée, and widow of Alexander.
III. Paulina Bonaparte
Paulina Bonaparte was the favorite sister of the one who would become Emperor of France. Born in Ajaccio, Corsica, and was the sixth daughter of the Bonapartes, followed by seven more brothers. At 15 years old, Paulina fell in love with a man who was 40 years old and his dandy antics were not to the taste of Paulina's mother, Leticia, so he was discarded as a future son-in-law.
In retaliation for her mother's refusal, Paulina began flirting and having sexual relationships with most of the government officials of her brother Napoleon.

Her second husband, Prince Camilo Borghese, had a small member that didn't satisfy his amatory and carnal needs at all, so little time after trying him out, she decided to return to the French capital, where a potent man, or rather member, awaited her, which caused her death.
The prince possessed all the characteristics that a woman like Paulina could desire: he was a dark-haired, elegant, and handsome young man; his properties, palaces, and estates were countless. IV. Virginia Oldoini
Virginia Oldoini, Countess of Castiglione (Florence, March 22, 1837 – Paris, November 28, 1899) was an Italian aristocrat and secret agent, famous for having been the mistress of Emperor Napoleon III of France. She was partly responsible for the unification of Italy, due to the influence she acquired over the Emperor. She was also a significant figure in the early history of photography as a model and collaborator of photographer Pierre-Louis Pierson.
The Countess of Castiglione was considered the most beautiful woman in the world. One of Napoleon III's most famous mistresses. She was known for her beauty and extravagant outings. In imperial court attire, one of her most infamous outfits was 'A Queen of Hearts' where she wore a heart-shaped pendant that hung from a suggestive area of her anatomy.
That divine beauty, as they used to call her, was taken to sit in the Imperial Court study with photographers Mayer & Pierson. There exist and are preserved over 400 photographs of her dressed as different theatrical characters, showcasing her seductive charms, some of which were quite risqué for the time, such as images where her head would be cut off from the same and show her bare feet and legs.
Pioneer of erotic and fetish touch, due to the photos that only framed her legs and bare feet, something considered absolutely scandalous by the full 19th century, proper for painter models or prostitutes.
It's not ruled out that said photos were made to refresh their memory for their lovers.
She also created a portrait for her ex-husband, titled The Revenge; in it, she dramatically holds a dagger in her hand, with an assassin-like expression. She is also the Queen of Etruria and appeared disguised as such at the ball held at the Tulleries; at Baroness Meyendroff's party, she presented herself as the living picture of La Eremita de Passy.
She had the audacity to sell her photos for 50 francs, an exorbitant price, directing the benefits to charitable works.
Her portraits have passed into the history of photography, certainly, but also into the history of seduction.
