Finally, when the emperor died, one of his sons inherited, but only six weeks later, Wu managed to have this son replaced by another more manageable (it is said that she poisoned the first), becoming the one who truly held the reins of everything. Wu didn't take long to realize she didn't need to govern in the shadow of her sons and decided to start doing it publicly and officially, being the first and only woman to occupy the imperial throne in Chinese history.

The legend says that Erzsébet saw an old woman in a village and mocked her. The old woman, offended by her mockery, cursed her, saying she would also be like an old woman soon.
It all started in 1604, shortly after her husband's death. One of her teenage maids accidentally pulled a handful of hair while she was being combed. At first, she had good luck: the countess reacted by giving her a strong slap that broke her nose (when it would have been normal among the nobility of the time to take her out to the patio and give her a hundred lashes). But when the blood splattered on Erzsébet's skin, she thought that wherever it fell, wrinkles disappeared and her skin regained its youthful loveliness. The countess was fascinated, thinking she had found the solution to aging and could always remain beautiful and young... In the time when mistakes put her in a delicate political situation, she took up the habit of burning some maids' genital areas with candles, coal, and iron for pure entertainment. Mesalina
Roman Empress, supposed to have been born in Rome, whose name was associated with cruelty, lust, and greed. She was the daughter of Marcus Valerius Mesala Barbatus, a member of the traditional aristocracy of the Roman Republic family. Third wife of Claudius, it is said that when she first grasped his hand, she noticed it was soft and sticky, and later, upon intimacy, the young wife would discover the rest of her husband's ugliness: his prominent bald head or his enormous fat belly, among other things. And unable to avoid it, she closed her eyes feeling herself being embraced. LADY MACBETH
Macbeth, one of the most well-known works of William Shakespeare, is a tragedy in five acts, written in prose and verse, which was probably composed around 1606 and premiered shortly after. It was first published in 1623, in the edition known as First Folio.
According to the story, she was fond of witchcraft, just like her sisters. Lady Macbeth summons the spirits of crime and asks them to remove her sex, as if that would free her from feminine weaknesses and endow her with instrumental cruelty and desired impudence.
