Pornographic alphabet realized by Joseph Apoux in 1880. Author also of numerous caricatures and erotic engravings from the decadent 19th century. Nuns, soldiers, lesbian scenes, threesomes... Joseph Apoux was born around 1860 in Paris and is the creator of the erotic Pornographic Alphabet. A delight for the eyes thanks to the cunning of this artist who knew how to make the most of the alphabet to inspire an explicit typography reproducing diverse postures and situations... and fun! Enjoy this particular alphabet accompanied by Gillespie/Schifrin music, and at the end a poem by Uruguayan Cristina Peri Rossi, happy weekend for all!

MY HOUSE IS WRITING II
Cristina Peri Rossi
The A receives me like a soaking blanket
like an ark
The B baptizes me
and -trunk- locks me in
The C captivates me
warm courtesan
The D distills drugs
-lullaby-
The E, as an emblem,
chooses me, gets pregnant with me
and ejaculates me;
The F, feminine, fabula
fantasies and failures;
The G guards me
and governs me;
The H sniffs out, humbles me
wets me;
The I invites me, installs me,
imitates me, imagines me;
The J jade at my side
pulls and jerks me;
The L labors and lames my body
with ropes and vines;
The M, melancholic mother,
haunts my days;
The N narrates, narrates, narrates,
infinite lullaby of men
of women and children;
The O opposes the voice to silence
the opulence of vocabulary
to the narrowness of sense;
The P remains
solidly asking;
The Q wants but cannot
and when it can, does not want;
The R responds rabidly
to reality with dreams;
The S sibilant sermonizes
startles
knows that we know
The T trembles
and touches what it fears;
The U anoints in the umbrageous
the Vagabond Verse that flies
with the wind;
The Z zumba in my ears
the zalamerías of your laughter
that deceives me every night
