Weigel was born in Fort Lauderdale and grew up in Deerfield Beach. She started working as a model during her adolescence, appearing in the Saks Fifth Avenue catalog among other places.
Her first appearance on the cover of Playboy's November 1985 edition, and later became the April 1986 Playmate. Weigel also appeared in several Playboy videos. Later she had minor roles in conventional film, including Predator 2 and Marked for Death, and actually several appearances as Jade in the Married... with Children series. She was also the second Playmate to appear in Penthouse magazine after Ursula Buchfellner in November 1985. She worked at Bunny Ranch for a time before leaving in September 1998.
Weigel suffered a severe car accident in August 1990, resulting in injuries to her neck and back that required five surgical interventions; almost simultaneously, Weigel and Playboy distanced themselves from their business dealings. The result led Weigel to bankruptcy, forcing her to sell her house and move into an apartment.
Weigel decided to dedicate herself to making porn films as a way to earn money, and her entry into the industry was assisted by her neighbors in her apartment building, producing adult films. Her first film was Inferno in 1991, co-starring with Marc Wallice. As a result, Weigel entered Playboy's black list in 2000, Playboy sued Weigel for using the Playboy logo on her website.
In 2005, Weigel was one of many adult actors included in the AVN Hall of Fame at the AVN Awards, the most important awards in the industry held annually in Las Vegas.
From September 2009, Weigel was working as a Bikini Girl on boat rental fishing trips in Fort Pierce, Florida.
