Melissa Johnston:Born in Canada on April 5, 1989, American actress. She grew up in the suburbs of Detroit with her mother, a Canadian businesswoman, and her father, an American steel worker. Melissa has a sister, her twin sister, with whom she remains close.
Immediately after high school, Melissa moved to Los Angeles to pursue her acting career. That summer, she attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, and later the American Musical and Drammatic Academy, where she completed her conservatory studies in 2009.
She got her first leading role as Sue in the movie, Barely Legal. Melissa received nominations for 'outstanding performance' despite admitting she didn't have time to prepare the role ; literally, they gave her the script on the first day on set. The movie won international recognition for Melissa in the genre, and opened many doors for her in acting and modeling.
