Hello to all! I want to share with you my method of penis enlargement. Before anything, I warn you that It's not something magical and they're only going to notice changes in a month and a half or two months after doing the exercise.With this method, I enlarged my penis from around 14.5cm to 17.5 cm. It's not a proprietary method, but rather a compilation and refinement of various techniques I found online. The lubricant I use is my own creation and the only thing I take credit for. A LITTLE THEORY BEFORE PRACTICE Before anything, we need to understand what's going to happen with our penis. The penis is basically a body that fills up with blood when we get excited. This blood fills the cavities and thanks to the elasticity of the penis, it expands. We're going to exploit this natural elasticity of the penis. The idea is to increase the elasticity of the penis. How do you achieve this? By forcing a superior blood flow to what the penis can normally contain. This forces the walls of the penis to stretch even more. If we sustain this exercise over time, the penis will become more elastic, able to hold more blood and therefore enlarge its size. PREVIOUS TO THE EXERCISE: THE LUBRICANT The exercise involves sliding our fingers along the penis. This requires a good lubricant to avoid irritation. I'll give you the recipe for a very efficient and easy-to-clean lubricant. Ingredients: - Cooking oilDetergentHairstyling conditionerMix 3 parts of oil with 1 part of detergent.The quantities must be very fewThe lubricant performs well. Then add a little conditioner and mix. It should obtain a creamy consistency, not too liquid. If it's not creamy, add conditioner until you get the right texture.
The oil is our main lubricant, the detergent allows us to clean it easily (only with a pass of water and soap) and the conditioner is the element that maintains the emulsion.
EXERCISE
Generally, it is recommended to take a warm bath or wrap the member in a warm towel before exercising. This promotes blood circulation. I only recommend this for cold days. It's also recommended to shave the base of the penis, so as to avoid painful tugs...
The exercise should be done 5 times a week. Generally, I do it from Monday to Friday and rest on weekends.
The exercise starts with the flaccid or semi-erect penis, butnever erect at 100%.
Apply the lubricant at the base of the penis.With the thumb and index finger of one hand, 'hug' the base of the penis, applying pressure. That is to say, it should be tight. If they feel pain, they are squeezing too hard. Try not to squeeze too much, just a little.Slide your fingers down the penis until you reach the beginning of the head. At that point, take the base of the penis as I described in the previous point, but with the other hand. Release the first hand and repeat the procedure with the other hand. Repeat 500 times.
If you want to increase the thickness of the penis, the exercise is as follows: Again with the semi-erect penis, with the thumb and index finger tighten the head of the penis. Then, with the other hand, do the same at the base of the penis. Push both hands towards the center of the penis, and maintain the pressure for several seconds.At the end, wash with warm water and soap. Warm water promotes circulation. You'll see that your penis is more 'bulbous' than usual. This is perfectly normal and that 'swelling' will last for several hours.
PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS
Although the exercise does not represent any risk, there are a couple of things to keep in mind.
-Never apply excessive pressure on the penis.
-The inflammation of the head is normal and disappears within a few hours.
-If red spots appear on the head after exercising, suspend it until they disappear. These are small broken blood vessels, caused by excessive pressure or performing the exercise with an erect penis.

Disculpá que te conteste con MALA onda:
1- Se nota que nunca viste manos callosas en tu vida. No tengo callos porque nunca hice trabajo manual pesado.
2- Según tengo entendido el desarrollo del cuerpo humano termina a los 23 años de edad. Los ejercicios los hice después de esa edad (tengo 27).
3- Ni me voy a gastar en refutar lo que dijiste. Sencillamente no tiene ningún fundamento científico ni empírico (lo que expuse en el post sí).
4- Con lo del lubricante ya estás en el delirio total.
5- Más que consejo lo tuyo es bardo gratuito.

No es cuestión de minutos por día, sino de hacer no menos de 500 repeticiones. Tampoco es cuestión de mandarte 4000 por día porque no va a ser tan efectivo, el tejido necesita descansar. El ejercicio lleva entre 10 y 15 minutos por día.
Para los 3 cm me llevó algo así como un año. No te sabría decir exactamente porque tuve algunos períodos de algunos meses de inactividad en el medio. Ya dije, no va a ser de un día para el otro, pero tampoco vas a necesitar 5 años para ver resultados.

Gracias Psicokid. La razón es que me cansé de leer "manuales" que te explicaban la técnica pero no ponían una mísera imagen como para que te des idea de cómo se hace. Leyendo de un lado y de otros más o menos me di una idea de cómo se hace. El problema era que cuando necesitaba las 2 se me complicaba para sacar la foto!! 😀

Mi pene tambien lo he agrandado visitando mucho poringa.... el unico metodo para agrandarlo es MUCHA MUCHA MUCHA PERO MUCHAAAAAAAAA PAJAAAAAAAA como un viciado no te jodo para q se entrene el organo, no importa el metodo siempre y cuando te masturbes todo el pene, y si te las haces en un baño de agua caliente mejor eso creo q ayuda mas o talvez lo mismo.

Te digo ke yo tengo 29 años e hice los ejercicios casi 8 meses y por ahi esporadicamente los hago
y me ha crecido unos 4 cm en largo y algo asi como 1 y medio en grosor
es cierto crece, por la razon de ke es como los musculos del cuerpo, si se rompe la fibra muscular, el agua tibia, hace ke se recupere mas pronto, pero no a su version anterior, sino ke llega a recuperarse tan rapido ke esa fibra rota se completa
